Structure and Members
The EPBA is structured around the General Assembly of members and its Board of Directors who are supported by a number of Working Groups and the Permanent Secretariat in Brussels.
Each Working Group is charged with monitoring developments and making recommendations in a different area directly affecting the members. The following working groups are active:
- Government Affairs Working Group: examines all issues relating to national and EU legislation affecting the battery industry
- Operations Working Group: pro-actively handles issues related to the collection and recycling of portable batteries
- Statistical Working Group: collects data on the industry
The members of each Working Group are drawn from EPBA member companies.
